Do you hear anything?

I hear some little voice in my head, but it isnt speaking up loud enough. I had that problem last night after, I left chat. I was trying to write a post later on, and just couldn't finish it. I had a train of thought, but it kinda derailed I guess.

Either that or collided with the other voice that is screaming in my head. The one that is preoccuping my with one single thought. Man I thought it was bad at puberty.

I guess men are men.

Well better get to work.

As you can see, lately, my mind does not wander far from a certain subject. Unbeknownst to everyone, I guess until now, my wife's doctor as given me the smack down. I mean not like that punk-ass wrestling smack down. I mean THE smack down. Needless to say, an almost 4 month smack down.

For the betterment of my wife and son, I will have to entertain myself.

It's a good cause, but it will still be a hard fight. (Damn that sounded bad.) But I can do it! I can triumph! I will overcome, my bodies weaknesses!

More on that later, I am sure, as it will not go away.

I wanna go back to school!

I remember how much that I didn't like school. I never took advantage of what I could learn and use later on in life. At the time, my only preoccupation was the end of the day (and sometimes getting away with skipping class) so that I could do what I wanted.

Now that I look back on things, I realize that if I had applied myself in school, then I might be in a different situation right now. Not that I don't enjoy my job, don't get me wrong, maybe I would have just been educated enough to provide better for my family than I am now.

I have one son, and one on the way, and the more that I think about it each day, things just aren't getting any better, money wise. It takes so much for a family with one income to get along in this world. I know that inflation has always made it hard on husbands/fathers, but it seems that more and more, husbands aren't always the ones that are able to support on just one income. This commerical world makes it so difficult that many times, wives/mothers are forced to work to provide their children with what they need. Times change, I guess. I always said that I would do what it took to provide for my family. And when it was just my wife and I, it was easy to work two jobs if the need be, so that she wouldn't have to work. But now we have children. There is more at stake here. But then you think about the fact that if both parents work, prior to a child going to school, then all you are doing is working so that you can pay a day care facility to watch your children. And you still don't get ahead.

Ahh if only I would have took advantage of school. Now with some of these concerns in life, school doesn't seem all that bad. Many carefree days in school.

Course, I would have paid a hell of a lot more attention, had I had a teacher of her caliber. But hell I didn't. I guess I have to blame puberty for my short attention span.
